By accessing or using Zuptik ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Zuptik provides website uptime monitoring, alerting, and public status page services. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: using it to monitor sites you do not own or have authorization to monitor, attempting to disrupt the Service, or circumventing plan limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plan users are subject to the limitations of the free tier.
Monitoring data is retained according to your plan tier. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
Zuptik is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed alerts or downtime of the monitoring service itself.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
